  2. Andrea and the hiring manager review the hiring plan together.

  3. Andrea conducts the full process including:

    1. Review applications

    2. Conduct a simulated exercise

    3. Conduct 1st interviews

    4. Conduct reference checks

    5. Provide finalist profiles and a final interview script and rubric

    6. Handle applicant communication throughout the process.
